In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy (L.C.E.N.), users and visitors, hereinafter referred to as the User, of the website https://seccsb.com/, hereinafter referred to as the Site, are hereby informed of the following legal notices.
Connecting to and browsing the Site by the User implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal notices.
These notices are accessible on the Site under the "Legal Notice" section.
The publisher reserves the right to modify the site, its services, and these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice, in particular to adapt to developments on the site through the introduction of new features or the removal or modification of existing features.

Article 4 - Site access
The Site is accessible from anywhere, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, arising in particular from a maintenance requirement.
In the event of modification, interruption, or suspension of the Site, the Publisher cannot be held responsible.
Article 5 - Collection and processing of personal data
The Site ensures that the collection and processing of personal information is carried out with respect for privacy, in compliance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms (the "Data Protection Act") as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).

In the event of an unresolved complaint, the User may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) — www.cnil.fr.
Article 6 - Contact requests
Users may contact SECC through the "Contact Us" section of the Site.
Such contact requests may include, without limitation:
- – a request to be put in contact with one of the companies,
- – a request for information,
- – a request for a quote,
- – a request to join the team.
SECC will make its best efforts to respond to any contact request submitted by a User. However, SECC makes no commitment to provide a response or to acknowledge receipt of the User's request.
Furthermore, Users expressly accept that SECC's automatic recording systems shall be deemed as proof of the nature, content, date, and time of the information and documents sent by them to SECC.
SECC makes no commitment to send Users one or more newsletters on a regular basis.
Article 7 - Data protection / GDPR
Users are informed that their use of the Site, as referred to in the "Contact Requests" article, gives rise, for SECC, to the collection and automated processing of personal data concerning them, the use of which is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms as amended, and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
This data is retained and used solely for the purpose of responding to contact requests addressed to SECC. It is retained for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed, and for a maximum period of three (3) years from the last contact.
Respect for privacy and the protection of personal information that Users transmit to SECC are of the utmost importance. SECC endeavours to secure such information by implementing all means at its disposal, in accordance with applicable standards and practices.
Users' personal data will not be transmitted to any third party without their consent, except to technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Site, who act as processors within the meaning of the GDPR.
Article 8 - Cookies
The Site may use "cookie" techniques to process traffic statistics and information, facilitate navigation, and improve the service for the comfort of the User. In accordance with applicable regulations (ePrivacy Directive and GDPR), the User is informed of the use of these cookies and may object to their registration by configuring their browser. Refusing cookies has no impact on the accessibility of the Site.
Article 9 - Intellectual property
Any use, reproduction, distribution, commercialisation, or modification of all or part of the Site, without authorisation from the Publisher, is prohibited and may give rise to legal actions and proceedings, as provided in particular by the French Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.
Article 10 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable settlement, the matter shall be brought before the competent court of Basse-Terre (Guadeloupe) in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
